Billie Jo Downing

Billie Jo has been a Realtor since 1985. She is a native of the area and very active in the community. She has served as President of the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors three different years. She holds the honor of being the 2007 Realtor of the Year. Billie Jo is a frequent speaker and interviewee on real estate matters.  She has been featured on NPR Radio, PBS, local Colorado news stations and newspapers.  Recently she was a panel speaker at the Federal Reserve.  She is very knowledgeable about the area, real estate, short sales and new construction.

Kathy Scribner

Kathy believes in the Team concept and works as a partner on the Own This Home Team. She and Billie Jo are the “rainmakers” and are the primary agents on the Team. They concentrate on sales and driving leads to the company.  The Team is comprised of 5 professionals which allows them to leverage their business and most importantly increase service and efficiency to their clients. They strive to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients. The Own This Home Team helped over 70 families last year sell or buy homes. Their Client base is primarily referrals from family, friends and other realtors. They provide extensive knowledge in residential sales, new construction, short sales and foreclosure sales.

Kathy has been a dedicated Realtor since 1999. She focuses on serving her clients with the utmost care. Kathy continues to expand her knowledge by taking continuing educational classes and receiving designations to increase her professionalism and service to her clients. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative. She was awarded this title over 8 years ago by the Buyer’s Agency Council of the National Association of Realtors. The “ABR” title demonstrates her willingness to take every step necessary for buyer representation. It also shows all her clients that she will continue training to deliver ethical and professional service.

She has served a three year term as a Director for the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors. She also served as Director for the Chamber of Commerce. She continually volunteers her time to various activities in our community.
